BASEBALL SCHEDULE CHANGE |
FORT WORTH, TX: In light of an unfavorable forecast this weekend, the Texas Wesleyan University baseball team has rescheduled its games against Wayland Baptist University.
The Rams will now host the Pioneers at LaGrave Field on Sunday, February 11, and Monday, February 12. Sunday’s game will be one nine-inning contest beginning at 2:30 p.m. Monday’s doubleheader is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m.
Texas Wesleyan is coming off a 31-23 campaign in 2006, their third 30-win season in the last four years. They will open the 2007 season in Austin, TX, on Sunday, February 4, when they take on Concordia University. The Rams’ home opener will be Friday, February 9, when they host Tabor College. The season’s first pitch is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. at LaGrave Field. |
