Player Stats

2004-05:  In one season at Texas Wesleyan, Tommy set six school records including 19 free-throws made in a game, 109 three-pointers made in a season, and 80 steals in a season...named 2nd-team All-American...named 1st-team All-RRAC and RRAC Co-Player of the Year...twice named RRAC Player of the Week...led the RRAC in scoring with 20.9 points per game...ranked in the top-10 nationally in steals, rebounds, and points per game...reached double-figures in scoring in 29-of-32 games played...scored 20 or more points in 18 games...scored a career-high 39 points in a 109-88 win over Belhaven (11/20)...scored 33 points in a 100-95 win over SAGU (2/14)...recorded seven doubl-doubles...just missed a triple-double with 21 points, 10 rebounds, and eight assists in a 110-85 win over Paul Quinn (2/11).

Prior to Wesleyan: A one-year letterwinner at Cameron in 2000-01, where he averaged 12 points and four rebounds per game … redshirted one season at Rose State Junior College in 2001-02 … a two-year letterwinner for Barry Hinson at Southwest Missouri State from 2002-04 … averaged 6.4 points a game his senior season and was second on the team with 27 three-point field goals … had a career-high 25 points against Southeastern Conference powerhouse South Carolina.

Prep: A three-year letterwinner for Paul Meuser at Moore High School … was named all-district, all-city and all-conference in both his junior and senior seasons … also named first-team all-state his senior season by the Daily Oklahoman, Tulsa World and the Oklahoma Coaches Association … averaged 20 points and seven rebounds a game, hitting 52 percent from the field and 80 percent from the foul line as a senior.

Personal: Born Tommy J. Johnson, Jr. on Dec. 3, 1981 in Brandon, England … son of Tommy and Juanita Johnson … has one sister, Nicole … majoring in education.
