2007-08: Named Honorable Mention All-Conference...played in all 32 games, including 20 starts, in his first season with the Rams...led the team in field goal percentage at .521...ranked second on the team with 5.9 rebounds per game and third with 18 blocked shots...had 16 points and a career-high 19 rebounds in a win over Wesley (12/17)...recorded double-doubles with 10 points and 11 boards in a win over Paul Quinn (1/14) and 13 points and 11 rebounds in a win over SAGU (2/16)...scored a career-high 18 points at Wiley (3/1)...reached double-figures in scoring six times and double-figures in rebounding five times...had six points andthree rebounds in the Rams’ National Tournament loss to McKendree (3/20).
Prior to Wesleyan: Played two seasons for head coach Kevin Gill at McClennan Community College...helped the Highlanders to back-to-back conference championships.
Prep: A 2nd-team All-District selection for Coach Alfred at Mansfield High School.
Personal: Born Hector Issack Mukweyi on Apr. 24, 1987, in Dallas, TX...son of Dulleta and Alison Mukweyi...has three sisters, Alecia, Melinda, and Rachel...is majoring in business accounting. |
